Over the past ten years, Valerie McKeehan built her professional art career as the Founder and Artist behind the international brand Lily & Val.

Her work has been featured throughout the press including Better Homes & Gardens, Martha Stewart Living, Good Housekeeping, Food Network, and Good Morning America with corporate clients such as TLC, Starbucks, Macy’s, Anthropologie, and Flow Magazine.

A lifelong creative, her journey has taken both exciting and unexpected paths as she’s learned to navigate living an artist’s life with its ups, downs, pivots, and transitions. Along with her own art practice, she is passionate about helping other creatives step into their unique magic.

When she is not painting, she is chasing around her toddler daughter and tending to her cut flower garden in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Mak is a serial entrepreneur who has spent 30+ years in media, broadcasting, and the advertising industry. As CEO of Lily & Val, LLC he was responsible for sales, business operations, and wholesale. Additionally, Mak has created or been on the launch team for several start ups.

In 2003, Mak created one of the largest independent digital broadcast companies in the world.

Today he is a highly sought after creativity consultant and coach, and operates a successful creative coaching business specializing in high-profile musicians, CEOs, and entrepreneurs, helping them fall back in love with their passions and grow their businesses through authenticity.
